Mother’s Market was a beloved anchor for Southern California’s health-focused families. Still, as new stores and digital channels matured, its deep roots risked being overshadowed—demanding a brand evolution that would welcome modern wellness seekers without losing its legacy appeal.

I led a ground-up discovery process, conducting interviews with loyal shoppers and legacy staff to uncover the brand’s soul. I developed a refreshed visual strategy that honored Mother’s roots with organic, approachable design, while introducing bold, contemporary elements, a new store concept, and dynamic digital and community activations—spanning in-store murals, event campaigns, influencer partnerships, and a vibrant rewards program.

The relaunch brought a seamless transition that resonated with both loyal and new shoppers, driving notable increases in new customer visits and social engagement.
